Of coure we used roxul on all interior walls With all the mass loaded vinyl also but actually amazing sound absorbing or blocking Houses.  I could not be happier.  It in fact is a tiny bit scary, I could possibly be inside the room and just looking at normal Television volume and can not hear canine barking in the adjacent space.Expense: Drywa
